Conditions: Conditioning: with 10 ml methanol and then 10 ml 0,05 N formic acid
Washing: with 10 ml 0,05 N formic acid and then 2 ml heptan
Elution: Elute with 2 ml water-free ethyl acetate into 4 ml sample vials
Drying: Concentrate the samples under nitrogen stream to 0.5 ml and then evaporate to dryness under nitrogen stream in silanized conic sample vials.
Dilute the residue in 100 μl water-free acetonitrile, 10 μl water-free methanol, 10 μl ethyl diisopropylamine and 10 μl pentafluorobezyl bromide (33% in acetonitrile). Inkubate the sealed vials for one hour at 30°C. After inkubation evaporate to dryness under nitrogen stream. Dilute the residue with 50 μl water-free ethyl acetate and store it for at least 12 hours at -78 °C.
Centrifugate the samples (5 min, 1500 g, 4°C), and evaporate the supernatant to dryness under nitrogen stream. Dilute the residue in 20 μl water-free ethanol.
